Q: How does your billing work?

A: We charge by the hour for service work. Larger jobs are typically quoted per project or priced on a cost of time plus material. 

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We accept payment by cheque, E-transfer or cash. We also offer financing options for larger projects. Payment is due at the completion of the job, and for larger projects a portion will need to be paid before work begins. 

Q: How long will it take for you to complete the plumbing work?

A: The length of time it takes to complete the plumbing work will depend on the scope of the project. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation process.
